Independence Iced Coffee
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quarts strong brewed Independence Coffee, room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons creme de cacao
Directions
1. In a pitcher, combine cooled coffee, milk and half-and-half. Stir in sugar, vanilla and creme de cacao. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Our Flavored coffees really livin’ up your iced coffee drinks. Just take out the crème de cacao and you are set!
Texican Coffee
Scale ingredients to servings
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
5 oz hot Jet Fuel, Texas Tradition Espresso or Indonesian Sumatra
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Pour coffee and kahlua into an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Ragan’s Texas Tradition Martini
- 3/4 fluid ounce Texas’s Tito’s Vodka
- 3/4 fluid ounce hazelnut liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce cold espresso (made with Texas Tradition Espresso or Jet Fuel)
Directions
1. In a cocktail shaker, add Texas’s Tito’s Vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and espresso.
2. Mix well and serve in a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
Christi’s Hazelnut Martini
- 3/4 fluid ounce Texas’s Tito’s Vodka
- 3/4 fluid ounce hazelnut liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce cold espresso
Directions
1. In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and espresso.
2. Mix well and serve in a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
Coffee Tequila Twist
Ingredients
- 4 fluid ounces hot brewed Independence Coffee
- 1 fluid ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce tequila
- 1 tablespoon whipped topping (optional)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
- 1 pinch cocoa powder, for garnish (optional)
Directions
1. Pour the coffee into a mug. Stir in the coffee liqueur and tequila. Garnish with whipped topping, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
