Yes, we are still roasting!

Many of you are feeling the effects of the daily changes due to COVID-19. We want to assure you that we are taking the necessary measures to protect and ensure the safety of our employees and customers during this time. 

Our production facility is an FDA registered facility.  And we continue to adhere to the strictest food safety, HACCP and Food Safety Modernization Act guidelines and remain a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) facility.

We are very fortunate to be able to continue operating our roastery and we are still currently accepting and fulfilling online orders. Please keep in mind that order fulfillment may take a little longer than usual as we are also working hard to keep our grocery and business partners stocked as well! 

Our partners at H-E-B have done a great job preparing for this situation and continue to keep Texans stocked during this time. Fortunately, this means that you can still buy Independence Coffee products including Ground Coffee, Indie Shots, and Teas at H-E-B. We will continue to serve up Independence to all of our partners to the best of our ability during this time period. 

UPDATE (3.27) Our coffee shop, Black Truck ‘48 Coffee & Tea Market, is now closed (including the drive thru). Please see the coffee shop Facebook page for any further updates.

We will continue to roast and package coffee to fuel our fans. And we hope you continue to Savor Your Independence safely with your families!
