Our two roastmasters worked together to create Vintage Bin #007 in 2009. This medium/dark roast is made up of several select single-origin coffees blended prior to roasting. Experience in selection, timing and blending techniques create a very full bodied, complex, one of a kind cup.
This blend of satin Pacific origins and 'light' roasted Central American select coffees is our roastmaster's coffee version of his favorite Irish Stout and Pale Ale beer concoction. Dark Pacifics are carefully post blended with lighter roasted Central Amercian favorites. The result is a deep, rich and earthy flavor that is pleasing to true coffee enthusiasts.
Full-bodied, balanced acidity and sweet rounded finish. If it is too early for wine, then this is your pleasure! This blend utilizes choice crops from Central and South America to create the perfect morning cup.
